Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We ship orders on every business day. Depending on the payment and order processing, the shipment takes place usually 1-3 days after payment. In case of any changes to the delivery times, the information will be provided on the Website.
Currently we ship only to Finland, but we will be expanding to other markets soon.

Delivery methods and fees

Your convenience is extremely important for us. Therefore we offer you multiple delivery methods.
You can receive the products to Posti delivery point or parcel point or even as an express delivery to you home or business address. The express delivery is specifically useful for business customers.
During the order process, please choose the most convenient delivery method. The shipping fees will be provided to you during this step, so you can make an optimal choice.

Post package
In case you choose post package delivery method, your order will be delivered to chosen or nearest Posti delivery point. The normal delivery time is 1-2 business days. You will be informed about the arrival of your package via mail and/or sms.
After arrival, please collect your order within 2 full calendar weeks. After this period, Posti will no longer store your package.

Parcel Point
In case you choose parcel point delivery method, your order will be delivered to the chosen Parcel Point automated delivery point. For all orders placed by 12:00, the normal delivery time is the next working day. You will be informed about the arrival of your package via sms.
After arrival, please collect your order within 7 days. After this period, Posti will no longer store your package.

Home Delivery (Express Morning and Express Business Day)
This is the fastest way of delivery and it is delivered straight to your home or business address. The express delivery is specifically useful for business customers.
Your order will arrive by 9:00 or by 14:00 on next business day depending on chosen alternative; Express Morning or Express Business Day. In northern Finland the delivery time is by 15:00 on business days.
You will not receive an additional notification about the delivery, but you can expect it by 9:00 or by 14:00 on the next business day. If delivery service is not able to reach you, the package is delivered to the nearest Posti delivery point, from where it can be claimed against notification of arrival, or tracking code, or you can also order another Home Delivery against a fee.

Withdraw and return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In case you decided, for whatever reason, that you would like to withdraw from your order or return the products received, you may do so in 14 days after receipt of the order. Please note that different terms apply for Business Customers.
Please make sure that you return the products in sealed, original package and in a good condition. Withdraw and return right concerns only non-used and non-opened products.
In case of return or withdraw, please send us the following information:

  • Customer number, Name, Address, Phone number and Email address
  • Bank account information
  • Copy of Order Confirmation

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. When return has been received, processed and accepted, refund shall be paid to the given bank account.

Errors in delivery

We take good care of your orders, but sometimes an error may occur. In such case, we will do our best to solve the issue. In case of error, please contact our customer service at customerservice@alfandelight.com.
The notification on error in delivery must be made immediately when error is noticed and at latest 14 days from receipt of the product.
If the product has been lost or damaged during freight, or wrong items have been delivered to you, please immediately inform our customer service at customerservice@alfandelight.com.
In case you notice that the package has been damaged in the freight, you should immediately inform also the service provider in question when receiving the package.
